COVID-19: Shipping Delays

You may experience a delay in receiving your package as we've implemented new measures like social distancing guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our distribution center teams. Thank you for your patience and continued support!

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING OVER $49 USD

Poptides provides the following 2 main shipping options:

• Standard Worldwide Shipping Rate of only $5.95 USD
• Worldwide Express Shipping Rate of only $10.95 USD
• For orders over $49, we are offering free standard shipping.

Shipping time frames are comprised of the following 2 components:

• Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Processing time may take up to 1 week.
• Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from warehouse to your doorstep. US orders are shipped by USPS/Fedex/DHL. After orders are processed, Standard Shipping will be delivered between 3-4 weeks, but note it can take longer depending on any unforeseen delays. Please allow up to 1 additional week for rural and remote areas. During high season and sales campaigns, delivery might take a little longer.

A tracking number will be provided to customers after successful order processing and shipment. Afterwards, www.17track.net can be used to periodically review shipping order progress. Note that there can be delays in tracking your shipping order online.
