Question 1

How do I sign up?

Accepted Answer

Create a free account with the Coach profile, then complete your file in 5 steps from your Coach space: profile, disciplines, documents, Coach agreement and payments. Send it once it's complete.

Question 2

Is signing up free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. No subscription and no signup fee. LUUDEN's terms on paid classes are presented during signup, in the Coach agreement.

Question 3

Why provide my diplomas?

Accepted Answer

In France, coaching a physical or sports activity for pay is reserved to holders of recognized diplomas or titles. LUUDEN checks your qualifications to protect participants and the trust placed in the platform's coaches.

Question 4

How is my professional card checked?

Accepted Answer

The LUUDEN team checks the documents you upload by hand and, for France, the official register of sports instructors. Nothing is approved automatically: an uploaded document isn't enough, it must be verified.

Question 5

Which disciplines can I teach?

Accepted Answer

Those LUUDEN has verified for you, one by one, within the limits of your diplomas and professional card. You can add more at any time: each new discipline is verified on its own.

Question 6

Why may insurance be required?

Accepted Answer

Professional liability insurance covers damage that may happen during your sessions. It's mandatory to coach for pay: you upload a current certificate with its end date.

Question 7

How much does LUUDEN Coach cost?

Accepted Answer

Signing up is free, with no subscription. LUUDEN only earns on paid classes: the details are presented during signup, in the Coach agreement, before you sell your first class.

Question 8

Who sets the price?

Accepted Answer

You do. The price you set is the one participants see before they pay.

Question 9

How do I manage my availability?

Accepted Answer

From the calendar in your Coach space: your regular slots, breaks, time off and the minimum notice before a session. The calendar comes with online bookings.

Question 10

Can I offer group sessions?

Accepted Answer

Yes: private sessions, small private groups or open group classes, with as many places as you like, on site or online.

Question 11

How do I accept a booking?

Accepted Answer

For each service, you choose: accepted automatically, or after you approve it. If you turn a request down, the participant doesn't pay for that session.

Question 12

When and how am I paid?

Accepted Answer

By bank transfer to the account linked to your payment account (Stripe), once the session has taken place. Activate it from your Coach space: Stripe checks your identity before the first payout.

Question 13

Who pays the transaction fees?

Accepted Answer

The coach. The payment provider Stripe's fee on each paid class is deducted from your share at payout. The detail of each session shows on the Payments page of your Coach space.

Question 14

How do cancellations and refunds work?

Accepted Answer

Each service shows its cancellation policy before payment. A participant who cancels in time is refunded under that policy. If you cancel a session, participants are refunded in full.

Question 15

What about no-shows?

Accepted Answer

If a participant doesn't come and didn't cancel, the session is still due under the cancellation policy shown. You report the absence from your bookings.

Question 16

What happens to my sessions if a document expires?

Accepted Answer

Upload the new document before it expires. Without current insurance or professional card, selling the sessions concerned is paused until it's renewed; your account, history and Player account stay intact.

Question 17

Can I also take the Group plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your Coach role and the Group / Association / Company plan are separate: the subscription is for your sessions between players, your coaching follows the Coach agreement.

Question 18

Does my coaching use sessions from my plan?

Accepted Answer

No. Your coaching services don't use any session, neither when you publish them nor when a participant books.

Question 19

How are reviews published?

Accepted Answer

Only participants who attended a session booked on LUUDEN can review it. Reviews are moderated by the LUUDEN team.

Question 20

How do I contact support?

Accepted Answer

Write to us from the Contact page or at hello@luuden.com. Give your account's e-mail address so we can find your file.
